10 kneeling shoulder tap

Weightlifting

A: Front Squat (1)

Work Up to a Heavy 1 Rep

12 sec pause at the top, 5 sec pause in the bottom

B: Front Squat (3-3-3)

Use the same weight for each set.

Rest as needed between sets.
