9 Air squats
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.
Find a heavy set of 3 then back off to a heavy set of 10
For time:
40 Back Squats, 155/105 lbs
60 Bar Facing Burpees
80 Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
